STAY CHEEKY soloshow by Cheeky in Copenhagen Friday 3rd Feb.2017

On Friday 3rd February 2017 in Copenhagen, Cheeky will have a solo show titled Stay Cheeky.

Cheeky is a multidisciplined artist from Christiania, Copenhagen. Travelling worldwide with numerous projects, live painting and exhibitions Cheeky has left colourful footprints of cheeky characters from Europe to Mexico, The States, Australia, Asia and the Arctic, Greenland. Her tight line and flow is influenced by the graffiti environment and 70’s comic books. Whether it’s mural art, paintings, art installations or textile design Cheeky always manages to add her playful spirit and quirky sense of humour to her artwork.

Presented by Gallery Vaerk ‘Stay Cheeky’ is a solo exhibition revealing the latest artwork by Cheeky. The exhibition will feature new paintings, prints and Cheeky plushies all with the message to stay playful stay true -stay cheeky. The artist will be present and Boogie Juice aka Dj Whut & Dj Cars10 will be setting the mood with their fresh Hip Hop beats. Free welcome champagne and Nixe beers to the first so make sure to pop by early for a night celebrating the cheeky side of graffiti.
