Stumbled on the founding and very first DSB report about graffiti from 1985 titled “Om anstødelig skadegørelse” (“About offensive damages”). After a seminar with loads of important people and no graffiti writers, the outcome was this report which shaped and laid the foundation for DSB’s policy on graffiti to this very day… Its an interesting read and has some very cool illustrations by Steen Allin, so I grabbed a few quick flicks of them for this blog.
