After years of zero-tolerance its seems like the politicians in power in Finland finally have smartened up, now there are new legal walls in Helsinki, Hyvinkää, Kirkkonummi and Kerava. Because of good feedback from last summers try-out with the Helsinki legal wall, other towns wanted to have also their own legal wall.
