Perhaps the most up writer in the world, the legendary 2 Pac, has now been spotted in Boha, Qatar. Read this funny article from The Gulf Times about the growing graffiti problem the small Emirate state that is also the richest muslim country in the world.
Quotes like: “These young men are indeed out of control,” a psychiatrist working for the government told Gulf Times, without wanting to be named. They are dis-inhibited individuals and are hyperactive with an anti-social personality disorder. They do it to provide an outlet to a hidden aggression and to seek attention.”
