The 2009 season of the world biggest graffiti competition is coming up, the first one in Stettin, Poland is less than 1 month away! So the Write4Gold website have been updated with new teams for the battles and with judges to help find the winners along with the participating crews.

Sad news coming from Cincinatti, Ohio. Scribble Jam will not be taking place in 2009, due to economic problems. I was lucky enough to attend Scribble Jam many years ago and it was truly a great event, I will never forget how well the 4 elements were represented in that hot parkinglot outside Annie’s. Big ups to all involved in the organising over the years and much respect for doing a jam where graffiti where given lots of room and spotlight. Scribble Jam will forever be part of graffiti and hiphop history. Scribble Jam 1996-2008 R.I.P.

ILoveGraffiti had the pleasure to be involved in a historical paint event during easter 2009 in Belfast, Northern Ireland. A wall, much like the Berlin Wall and up for just as many years, got painted for the very first time in history, in the area of the city were the heaviest of the fighting took place over the years. Street hit with a twirl… Horfe in Paris

The Odense Dont Stop jam last weekend was a big succes, with lots of writers attending, lots of guests stopping by, lots of good vibes and lots of pieces getting done. Big ups to Jonas for putting the jam on and congrats to the city of Odense with the new graffiti and youth house, hopefully many more great events will happen at the excellent location. Graffiti dont stop!

That’s why we began creating digital graphics which were further developing the style of our graffiti pieces. We also started to implement our style in all the commercial projects we were involved in. Graffiti has helped us find our own approach to typography and to dealing with letters and fonts.”
